Pest control in Fayetteville, NC
New orders, a new address, a house with a history you don't know yet. We look at it inside and out in the first week, write down what we found, and only then talk about a plan.

The first-week visit
One visit, a few days apart from the keys. What it costs, and what a plan costs, is in a written quote before we start.
Tell us the move-in date, the kind of house and anything you've already seen. Monae, our plan coordinator, finds a time that works around the movers and the boxes.
Foundation, door sweeps, vents, the eaves and the fence line. We look for gaps around pipes, soil piled against siding and wood that touches the ground, the places pests use to come in.
Under the sinks, behind the water heater, the garage, the attic hatch. Unpacked or not, we work around the boxes.
What we found, what we treated and where, what you can fix yourself (a gap, a dripping tap, a stack of firewood) and what to watch. It comes to your phone or email.
If there's nothing to treat, you can stop there. If you want visits, we match one of three plans to the house.
Plans
Every plan starts with the first-week visit. They differ in the visits after it and what each visit covers. The cost of each is in your written quote.

What we treat
Kitchens, baths, garages and the walls between them.
Swarmers in spring, soft wood at a sill, and a written inspection report.
Find the way in and close it, then trap what's inside.
Nests on the outside of the house, covered on the Home plans.
Who comes to the house
Arnulfo Bustamante served in the Army and runs a route himself. The rest of the crew works the same area, so you see familiar faces on the next visit.

What customers wrote
“We got the keys on a Friday and a technician was at the door the next week. He pointed out a gap behind the dryer vent and wrote it on the report. That's what I wanted to know before I unpacked.”
“Orders came with ten days' notice. Monae moved my last visit up and paused the plan the week we left. There was nothing to argue about.”
“The report said what they treated and what I had to fix myself: a weep hole, a stack of firewood against the siding. It read like a punch list, not a sales pitch.”
“I texted a photo of the wasps under the porch roof. Hailey called back that afternoon and told me which visit would cover them.”

Questions
It depends on the size of the house and lot, what we find and how many visits you want. Your written quote lists the first-week visit, each visit after it and the year's total before we do any work.
Call or text. We pause the plan, move up a visit if you want one before you leave, or end it. Billing stops after the visit already on the calendar.
Our applicators are licensed and follow the product label. We tell you where and when to keep children and pets away, and we'll send the product list for your house if you ask.
For the first-week visit, an adult needs to let us in. After that, many customers leave the outside visits to us and meet us only for the inside ones.
Yes. A termite inspection report states what we saw on the day. It's a record of what we saw, not a promise about the future, and it doesn't pay for damage.
Not in housing the installation assigns to its own pest contractor. Off post, in rentals and houses you own, yes.
