Ants, roaches and spiders
They come in through the same few places. We find those first, then treat the rooms where you've seen them.
In the Sandhills, the heat and a wet June fill kitchens with ants and bring roaches in from the yard. A visit looks at both the inside and the outside walls, because treating only the room you saw them in rarely holds.
What a visit looks at
Where they enter: door sweeps, pipe gaps, weep holes
What they are: ants, roaches and spiders are treated differently
Where we treat: baseboards, voids and the outside wall
What we ask of you: crumbs, water and cardboard

Between visits
What you can do
Take away water
A dripping tap or a wet pan under a fridge feeds more than you'd think.
Seal what you can
A bead of caulk behind a dryer vent or around a pipe closes a door for good.
Move cardboard out
Boxes in a garage are shelter. Plastic bins aren't.
Questions about ants, roaches and spiders
How long until I see fewer?
Most houses see a change within a couple of weeks, though it varies with what's living there and how they get in.
Will one visit end it?
Sometimes, but not always, and we won't promise it. If they're back between visits on a plan, we return.
Do I have to leave the house?
For most treatments, no. We tell you which rooms to keep clear, and for how long, before we start.
See one and not sure what it is?
Text a photo and we'll tell you what it looks like and which visit covers it.
