What we treat, and how

Every visit starts with an inspection. We treat where we find activity or a reason, and we write down what we did.

  • Ants, roaches and spiders

Kitchens, baths and garages, and the cracks they use to come in.

    Ants, roaches and spiders
  • Termites and wood

Spring swarms, soft sills and a written inspection report.

  • Mice and rats

Seal the way in, trap what's inside, check the work.

  • Wasps and hornets

Nests on the outside of the house, covered on Home plans.

  • Fleas and ticks

Yard edges and the places pets rest, treated where we find activity.

  • Silverfish and stink bugs

Fall visitors in attics, basements and window frames.

Every visit

Inspect, identify, treat, report

  1. 01

    Step 1: Inspect

Outside walls, doors and vents first, then inside where the plan covers it.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Identify

We name what we found. If it isn't a pest, we say so and move on.

  3. 03

    Step 3: Treat

Where there's activity or a reason, and as the product label allows.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Report

What we did, what to fix, what to watch, to your phone or email.

About our services

Do you treat inside the house?

Yes, where we find activity and on the plans that include it. The Perimeter plan is outside only.

Can I send a photo first?

Yes. Text it to the number on this page and we'll tell you what we think it is and which visit would cover it.

What if you can't tell what it is?

We collect a sample if we can, say what we know, and check again at the next visit instead of guessing.

Not sure which service you need?

Text a photo or describe it, and we'll tell you where to start.
