Plans
Three plans, set apart by how often we come back
Every plan starts with the first-week visit. The table shows the visits after it and what each one covers. Costs are in your written quote, not on this page.

Callback terms: between visits, call or text and we return to the areas we treated, at no charge, for the pests named on your service report, for as long as your plan is active. It doesn't cover pests we didn't treat for, or gaps we asked you to close that stay open. A plan is scheduled service, not insurance, and a termite report states what we saw on the day; neither pays for damage. Your written quote lists the first-week visit fee, the cost of each visit after it and the year's total. Cancel or pause any time by phone, text or email, including when orders send you away; billing stops after the visit already on the calendar.
What a visit includes
Four steps at every visit
- 01
Step 1: Inspect
Outside first, then inside where the plan covers it, starting at the places pests use to get in.
- 02
Step 2: Identify
We name what we found and where. If it isn't a pest, we say so.
- 03
Step 3: Treat
Only where there's activity or a reason, and only as the product label allows.
- 04
Step 4: Report
A written report to your phone or email: what we did, what to fix, what to watch.
About the plans
Questions about plans
Is a plan the same as insurance?
No. A plan is scheduled service plus callbacks for the pests on your report. It doesn't pay for damage and it isn't a promise about the house.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, by phone, text or email, at any time. That includes when orders send you away. Billing stops after the visit already on the calendar.
Why do you ask for a first-week visit before a plan?
Because the report tells us which plan fits. Many houses need less than they expect.
What isn't covered?
Pests we didn't treat for, and gaps we asked you to close that stay open. Termite damage and repairs are outside every plan.
Ask which plan fits the house
Tell Monae the size of the house and what you've seen, and she'll point to one.
