A pest visit before the boxes are all unpacked
Most of what comes with a house is easier to find in the first week, while the rooms are empty and every wall is within reach.
The visit takes an hour or two, depending on the house. You keep unpacking while we work, and the report is written before we leave.

About the first-week visit
How soon after I move in can you come?
We ask for the move-in date when you book and set the visit in your first week where our routes allow. We confirm the day before we come.
What does it cost?
Your written quote lists the visit fee and what each plan costs before we begin, so you decide with the number in front of you.
Do I have to sign up for a plan?
No. The visit and the report stand on their own. You choose a plan afterward, or not at all.
