Questions we hear on the first call
How much does pest control cost?
It depends on the house and lot, what we find and how many visits you want. We give you the first-week visit, each visit after it and the year's total in writing before we begin.
How often do I need service?
Many Fayetteville houses do well with a visit a season. Some need two a year, and a few need less. The first-week report tells us which.
Is it safe for children and pets?
Our applicators are licensed and follow the product label. We tell you where and when to keep children and pets away and, if you ask, send the product list for your house.
How long until I see results?
Most houses see a change within a couple of weeks, though it varies with the pest and the house.
Do I need to be home?
For the first-week visit, an adult lets us in. After that, many outside visits don't need anyone home.
What if the pests come back?
On a plan, call or text and we return to the areas we treated, at no charge, for the pests on your report. The terms are on the plans page.
Can I pause or cancel when orders change?
Yes. Call or text, and billing stops after the visit already on the calendar.
Do you handle termites?
Yes. An inspection report states what we saw on the day; it's a record of what we saw, not a promise about the future.
Where do you work, and when can you come?
Cumberland and Hoke counties, in homes you own or rent off post. We work weekdays from 7:30 a.m. and some Saturday mornings.
